Terms and conditions:

Please ensure that a vehicle is cleared of personal belongings before all interior valets.

Please ensure that we have good access and suitable area to work, if unsure please check with us before the appointment.

If your interior is soiled with sand, pet hair, mould etc or stained then extra charges may apply to cover extra work/time required - we must be informed.

Please send pictures when requesting a service so I can ensure that an accurate estimate for the cost of work is provided in some cases an inspection may be required to quote.

When booking we will refer you to our terms and conditions.

If a vehicle is not as described after attending a booking, then contact will be made to advise of additional charges required.

If these are refused due to incorrect information provided to us then you will be charged the original cost of the work quoted as a cancellation fee. Finally, an invoice will be raised and failure to pay will result in legal action.

If we attend a booking and the vehicle is not available, the service booked will be chargeable and invoiced.

Payment to be made within 7 days unless agreed otherwise with confirmation.

Payment – We accept cash or BACS.
